PSALM 119:1-8 Aleph.

How BLESSED are those whose WAY is BLAMELESS, Who WALK in the LAW of the LORD.
How BLESSED are those who OBSERVE His TESTIMONIES, Who SEEK Him with all their HEART.
They also do NO UNRIGHTEOUSNESS; They WALK in His WAYS.
You have ORDAINED Your PRECEPTS, That we should KEEP them DILIGENTLY.
Oh that my WAYS may be ESTABLISHED To KEEP Your STATUES!
Then I shall NOT be ASHAMED When I LOOK upon all Your COMMANDMENTS.
I shall give THANKS to You with UPRIGHTNESS of HEART, When I LEARN Your RIGHTEOUS JUDGEMENT.
I shall KEEP Your STATUTES; Do NOT FORSAKE ME utterly!

ALEPH is the FIRST letter and as a numerical value of ONE, but unlike any other language, this FIRST letter tells us all we need to know about this and the other 21 letters of the ALEPHBET and there different combinations when put together to make WORDS.

Because the WORDS of HEBREW are much more than mere LETTERS written on a page, Hebrew letters when put together, show us the ESSENCE, the CHARACTER, the REALITY of the WORD itself, in fact each LETTER as its own CHARACTER and paints an IMAGE that displays the letters own CHARACTER.

So WHAT does this FIRST letter say to us?

The letter ALEPH itself is spelt  ALEPH (1)  LAMED(30)   PEH(80).

The ALEPH which in Ancient Hebrew is depicted by an OX head is silent with no pronunciation of its own, it is the INVISIBLE LIFE , the SILENT VOICE who is the ALL and in ALL the FIRST, the RULER, the CHIEF.

The FIRST time it appears in the Hebrew Bible is in the very first verse of  BERESHIT 

The meaning of a letter in the ALEPHBET can be ascertained from the VERY FIRST TIME  that letter begins the root of a WORD in the HEBREW BIBLE, that WORD will teach the MEANING, the ESSENCE and CHARACTER, the REALITY of the letter.

We FIRST come into contact with the ALEPH in the very FIRST verse when we READ, ELOHIM which means God, therefore, whenever you see an ALEPH, you can know that it alludes to God.

The second ROOT letter of ALEPH is L, the Hebrew LAMED, which is depicted by a Shepherds Staff, the LAMED means AUTHORITY, WISDOM, TEACH, GUIDE, DIRECTION, TOWARDS, BIND, YOKE.

When ALEPH  is combined with the LAMED , you get the Hebrew word EL which means God.  EL is the highest authority, the teacher of wisdom, the BUILDER of the family.

The third ROOT letter of ALEPH, is the PEH which is the picture of a MOUTH, the PEH means SPEAK, BREATH.

Therefore the literal meaning of the very first letter, ALEPH in the Hebrew ALEPHBET, means  GOD IS SPEAKING.

So every Hebrew Letter the FATHER BREATHED, He FIRST, “YATZERED”, IMAGINED, in His HEART, from where they came, therefore they come out of WHO HE IS, they DEMONSTRATE,  the FATHERS ESSENCE, the CHARACTER, the REALITY of the PERSON.

Every letter as a picture to paint about WHO YESHUAH IS, for the word of God is LIVING and ACTIVE, sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of SOUL and SPIRIT, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the HEART.

The physical structure of the ALEPH (as written)alph is also very significant. The ALEPH is actually comprised of three other letters: two YODS and a VAV.   Each YOD is equal to the number ten, while the VAV has a numerical value of six.

The total, 26, is equivalent to the value of God’s four-letter name. YOD(10) HEY(5) VAV(6) HEY(5)

The positioning of the YODS and the VAV is highly symbolic. The upper and lower YODS are said to represent the upper and lower waters, while the VAV denotes the firmament, as conveyed in the CREATION. The VAV serves to connect the two YODS, therefore emphasising man’s closeness to God, as well as to distance them, instilling God’s omnipotence. As a whole the two worlds form one.

These THREE SYMBOLS also depict the THREE parts of the Godhead, God the FATHER, God the SON and God the Holy Spirit, one letter but with THREE parts.

By going back to the SOURCE and using ANCIENT HEBREW for TRANSLATION of these PHRASES, we get the TRUE, REAL MEANING of the PHRASES, in particular the Holy spirit……the ruach qodesh. SEE the HEY to go deeper

Also in HEBREW a WORD can be spelt backwards and this gives further INSIGHT and MEANING, for instance ALEPH depicts God who is beyond UNDERSTANDING,that much of His ESSENCE remains a MYSTERY to us.

This is REVEALED when ALEPH is spelt backwards PEH LAMED ALEPH spells  פּלא pala which means WONDERFUL, INCOMPREHENSIBLE 

Just like God’s name Elohim starts with an ALEPH but is pronounced as if an E, ALEPH is the same word used for the number 1000 but is pronounced ELEPH.

One would think God with His infinite IMAGINATION could have thought of another word for 1000 but no, so what does this teach us, in this world there are many different elements, many different forces, we SEE the sea, we SEE the sun, from which comes LIGHT and HEAT, this causes WATER evaporation which rises FORMING condensation which adheres to each other and is moved around by the WIND to FORM clouds.

These eventually get so heavy that it falls under gravity to the GROUND as RAIN, mixes with the SOIL which the sun HEATS up and from that SOIL SOLUTION comes LIFE.

In that scenario we see many differing forces and may consider them INDEPENDENT but NO, God is teaching us that they are all INTERLINKED, DEPENDENT on EACH OTHER, that you can’t have ONE without the OTHER, that they, like us, are ALL a MANIFESTATION of His ONENESS, its all ALEPH but ELEPH.

From that cycle of the forces of nature working together brings forth life which includes mankind. The WORD for which is ADAM. To LEARN more click HERE.
