PSALM 119:33-40 Hey.

TEACH (YARAH) me, O LORD,(YHVH) the WAY (DEREK) of Your STATUTES (CHOQ), And I shall OBSERVE (NATSAR)it to the END (EQEB).
Give me UNDERSTANDING (BIN), that I may OBSERVE  Your LAW (TORAH) And KEEP (SHAMAR) it with ALL (KOL) my HEART (LEV).
Make me WALK (DEREK) in the PATH (NATHIB) of Your COMMANDMENTS (MITSVAH), For I DELIGHT (CHAPHETS) in it.
INCLINE (NATAR)my HEART (LEV) to YOUR TESTIMONIES (EDUTH) And NOT to DISHONEST GAIN (BETSA).
TURN (ABAR) AWAY my EYES (AYIN) from LOOKING (RAAH) at VANITY (SHAV), And REVIVE (CHAYAH) me in YOUR WAYS (DEREK).
ESTABLISH (QUM) YOUR WORD (DABAR) to YOUR SERVANT (EBED), As that which PRODUCES REVERENCE (YIRAH) for YOU.
TURN AWAY my REPROACH (CHERPAH) which I DREAD (YAGOR), For YOUR ORDINANCES (MISHPAT) are GOOD (TOV).
BEHOLD (HINNEH), I LONG (TAAB) for YOUR PRECEPTS (PIQQUD); REVIVE (CHAYAH) me through YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS (TSEDAQAH).

HEY is the FIFTH letter and as a numerical value of FIVE, HEY according to Jewish mystics represents the DIVINE BREATH, REVELATION and LIGHT, thus HEY represents Gods CREATIVE POWER and it is a picture of the presence of God in human HEARTS. There are two voices to the letter HEY, a quiet inner voice and the loud voice

The HEY takes NO effort to say, its just the sound we make as our diaphragm moves to expel air, its not surface but DEEP within us, it is not from the SOUL there is no conscious effort, it is from the HEART, a clear indication that the HEART NEVER SLEEPS and also something that shows us we are NOT SELF CONTAINED POWER SOURCES.

HEY is formed from a DALET and a YOD, the DALET representing the physical world and the YOD represents the world to come, spirituality. Thus the HEY teaches us to imbue our lives with sanctity; to combine the physical with the spiritual so it can be a picture of returning to God by means of the transforming power of the SPIRIT.

The letter appears twice in the Hebrew name of God, YOD HEY VAV HEY, pronounced Yahwey.  Two of the earliest believers in God, Abram and Sari, who we see in Genesis 17:5 No longer shall your name be called Abram, But your name shall be Abraham; For I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.

ABRAM is spelt אברם and to change this to ABRAHAM אברהם the letter HEY would be added, God BREATHED the letter HEY into the name Abram changing it into Abraham. and likewise with his good lady wife in Genesis 17:15 Then God said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.

SARAI being spelt שׂרי but with the HEY added שׂרה to make SARAH. The two letters of Hey that were inserted into the names of this faithful couple as the two golden HEYS from the name of God that were given into the names of Avram and Sari.

This story holds such INCREDIBLE POWER, is so vast and really beyond IMAGINATION until we ENCOUNTER it for ourselves that The FATHER BREATHED His life into this faithful couple that enabled them to reproduce their first born son Isaac.  This picture of THE FATHER of CREATION BREATHING  into us His LIFE is also demonstrated in the creation, Genesis 2:7,  Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of lives; and man became a living being.

One thing to note here is that we have TWO lives, an INNER/SPIRIT life of ENLIGHTENED dust whose medium is LIGHT, and a OUTER/SOUL life of ANIMATED dust whose medium is BLOOD. For further insight click HERE.

HEY on the front of a word is the direct article meaning that it makes an article definite, such as the Hebrew word for man  ISH אישׁ, but if a HEY is put before it, this would mean THE MAN and the significance of this, is that the connection to God is the thing that defines who we are that makes us definite.

When we are in CHRIST we no longer have no direction in life, someone just getting by, aimlessly strolling around. Instead we get DIRECTION and start walking the PATH for which God intended when He created us.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

We become someone who moves through life with a PURPOSE and with a VISION that brings SIGNIFICANCE, SECURITY and ACCEPTANCE.

So the HEY represents the FIRST INITIAL of HOLY, a word that like most others as become CONTAMINATED and MISTRANSLATED from the HEBREW and  MISUNDERSTOOD  by a RELIGIOUS GREEK mindset

The HEY is the EFFORTLESS BREATH of God breathing His HOLINESS into us. The word HOLY is translated from the HEBREW word, QADOSH, the verb is QADASH and the noun is QODESH.

When the word HOLY is used to translate the meanings of these words, the TRUE MEANING is LOST, and they become just a concept that gives the IDEA of someone being PIOUS, PERFECT and SINLESS.

I can assure you that isn’t me. I need this just as much as the rest of us.

The TRUE meaning of QADOSH is of one being SET ASIDE for a SPECIAL occasion or PURPOSE.

I believe I am here for that reason, I believe you are also.

The HEY is that EFFORTLESS BREATH, translated and understood by many as the HOLY SPIRIT which comes from the HEBREW PHRASE…….ruach qodesh  where RUACH in Hebrew is a NOUN, meaning WIND or BREATH, and the noun QODESH means “SET ASIDE” or “A SPECIAL ONE”  Two nouns together.

The LITERAL MEANING therefore of ruach qodesh should be “THE BREATH OF THE SPECIAL ONE” or ” THE CHARACTER OF THE SPECIAL ONE”

In English the word SPIRIT (noun) is being given the description of being HOLY (adj) but in Hebrew QODESH is a noun and of MASCULINE orientation, whereas RU’AH is FEMININE.

Hebrew grammar doesn’t allow this, the gender of the adjective must match the gender of the noun it is describing.

So the TRUE translation of “HOLY SPIRIT”, should be “SPIRIT OF THE HOLY ONE”

Therefore the HOLINESS we have is not our own buy it is the HOLINESS of the SPECIAL ONE who BREATHES His SPIRIT into us when we ACCEPT Him has FATHER through JESUS, our HOLINESS is that which is found in the SON.

We  are ALL looking to be WHOLE, COMPLETE, LACKING in NOTHING, that is HOLINESS, but it is something we cant do on our own, apart from CHRIST we can do NOTHING, but IN Him and THROUGH Him we can make small steps in the RIGHT direction, it is the JOURNEY, the PATHWAY we are all on.

It is the BREATH of the SPECIAL ONE that makes us HOLY,  it is His MINISTRY as we walk the PATHWAY with Him that will bring us closer to the DESTINATION of BECOMING WHOLE.

In Him we already are but in our HEARTS we have a long way to go, it may have been RENEWED  and SOFTENED for it to RECEIVE the TRUTH and LIGHT but past programming determines our HEARTS contain so many LIES and DARK places, that it will take a life time to OVERCOME.

Our LIFE and our HOLINESS is found in the LIFE and HOLINESS of JESUS, He KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS our HEARTS, that past programming makes us do the things we don’t want to do, there is no CONDEMNATION for those who are in CHRIST.

JESUS, LOVES us the way we ARE, His SACRIFICE on the CROSS the demonstration of TRUE LOVE, there was no THOUGHT of SELF, He died for YOU and for ME, in order that our HEARTS could return like He did in BODILY form through RESURRECTION back to the FATHER, that is where LIFE is FOUND.

So what as DEATH got to do with LIFE……..NOTHING.…..it is a means to an end, the cry of JESUS on the cross of “IT IS FINISHED” was to tell us He had ACCOMPLISHED what He had been brought into this world to do,  to show US the WAY HOME and CLEANSE our HEARTS so that we could RECEIVE the LIFE that is now in HIM, SEATED at the FATHERS RIGHT as our HIGH PRIEST, that his BLOOD SACRIFICE, ATONED for the SINS of this world putting an END to the need for anymore ANIMAL SACRIFICES.

If our LIFE is FOUND IN and THROUGH CHRIST, though we still SIN, it is NO longer in us, it is the PAST programming of our HEART, THANKFULLY we have a HIGH PRIEST in JESUS whose ALIVE, LIVING and ACTIVE, (Hebrews 4:12)

Hebrews 2:17  Therefore, He had to be made like His brethren in all things, so that He might become a merciful and faithful HIGH  PRIEST in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

Hebrews 3:1 Therefore, holy (SET APART, SPECIAL ONES) brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle (THE ONE SENT) and HIGH PRIEST of our confession;

Hebrews 4:14 Therefore, since WE have a GREAT HIGH PRIEST who has passed through the heavens, JESUS the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.

Hebrews 4:15 For we do not have a HIGH PRIEST who CANNOT SYMPATHISE with our WEAKNESSES (HEART programming), but ONE who has been TEMPTED in ALL THINGS as we are, YET WITHOUT sin.

Hebrews 5:1 For every HIGH PRIEST taken from AMONG MEN is appointed on behalf of men in things pertaining to God, in order to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins;

Hebrews 5:5 So also CHRIST did not glorify Himself so as to become a HIGH PRIEST, but He who said to Him, “YOU ARE MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU”; (pertaining to His RESURRECTION, ASCENSION and CORONATION)

Hebrews 5:10 being designated by God as a HIGH PRIEST according to the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 6:20 where JESUS has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a HIGH PRIEST forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 7:26 For it was fitting for us to have such a HIGH PRIEST, holy (SET APART, SPECIAL), innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens;

Hebrews 8:1 Now the MAIN POINT in what has been said is this: we have such a HIGH PRIEST, who has taken His seat at the RIGHT hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

Hebrews 8:3 For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices; so it is necessary that this high priest also have something to offer. (pertaining to the animal blood sacrifices)

Hebrews 9:7 but into the second, only the high priest enters once a year, not without taking blood,(NOT IS OWN) which he offers for himself and for the sins of the people committed in ignorance. (pertaining to the animal blood sacrifices)

Hebrews 9:11 But when CHRIST appeared as a HIGH PRIEST of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation;

Hebrews 9:25 nor was it that He would offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the holy place year by year with blood that is not his own.

Hebrews 13:11 For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp.
